Therapy for Individuals, Couples & EMDR
I believe that growth is a lifelong process shaped by connection, self-awareness, and compassion. We are always learning more about who we are, how our relationships influence us, and how our past experiences show up in the present. Healing often begins when we feel truly seen & heard. At the heart of my work is a connection to ourselves, to others, and to the values that guide our lives.
My work is rooted in attachment-based and relational therapy. I work with individuals & couples in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond, including college students and couples (premarital and parenting/families), who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.
